Living beyond an eating disorder

Recently I did an interview with Kylie who shared her journey from severe eating disorder to, well, what I can only describe as a powerhouse of a woman without any trace of disordered eating or poor body esteem about her. When you are in the middle of an eating disorder, be that as a lived experience person or as a family member, it can feel like there is no way out. Therefore, this is an audio I would highly recommend listening to for the fully embodied healing that you can hear in the interview. There are more to come, but what a great way to start the conversation around healing from disordered eating.
